The church of Saint Francis Serafin in Lipník nad Bečvou

The main theme of this bachelor thesis is the piarist church of Saint Francis Serafin located in Lipník nad Bečvou. At the beginning the social conditions of the town will be introduced and the influence of Francis of Dietrichstein, who brought piarists there, will be mentioned as well. The aim of dissertation is to set the church's features into a wider context of contemporary artists who worked for the order, and iconographic analysis of interior which was created in order to represent The Piarists.
